[Remote] Senior Tax Manager – Fully Remote | 4-Day Workweeks Outside Busy Season

They are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to manage tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base, mentor junior staff, and improve tax processes while enjoying a 4-day workweek outside of busy season. Responsibilities • Manage and review tax compliance and planning for Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corps • Review compiled financial statements, reconciliations, and workpapers • Prepare and review complex federal and multi-state individual returns • Manage client deadlines, deliverables, and workflow throughout the year • Perform tax research and document conclusions • Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor • Mentor and oversee junior staff and interns • Help improve tax processes, workflows, and software utilization Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • CPA or EA required • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience • Experience across Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corps • At least 1 year of supervisory experience • Strong client communication skills and collaborative mindset • Interest in long-term growth with a stable firm • Experience with UltraTax is a plus Benefits • Firm-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Firm-paid CPE and ongoing professional development • 401(k) with firm contribution • 12 paid holidays + generous PTO Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
