Spiritual Care Coordinator - Board Certified

With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. • *Responsibilities:** + Collaborates with the manager and/or director of spiritual care, hospital leadership, chaplain team, and other team members to ensure that their areas of responsibility maintain the high standards of the Spiritual Care department. + Assumes advanced responsibilities for the organization of their designated areas in collaboration with the manager and director. Seeks to ensure that patient care is prioritized. + Attends hospital and/or departmental huddle, first focus or other meetings, as designated, on behalf of the department, to ensure that regulatory standards for the area/department are maintained. + Spiritual Care Coordinators may assume responsibility for assisting in scheduling of chaplain coverage as directed. + May assume management of volunteer coordination and student coordination/mentoring/orientation for their area/hospital. • *Minimum Qualifications:** + 3 years of experience in HealthCare, preferred 2 years of leadership experience. + Coordinator must be Board-Certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC), National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) or Neshma Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC). + An Ecclesiastical or Faith Group Endorsement is required. 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education is Required. • *Location:** **Dunedin, FL** • *Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: Yes** • *Shift Hours:** **8** • *Weekend Work:** **Occasional** • *On Call:** **Yes** • *How often will this team member be working remotely?** Never Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled • *Position** Spiritual Care Coordinator - Board Certified • *Location** Dunedin:Mease Dunedin | Support Services | Full Time • *Req ID** 126294 Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
