Recruitment and Sales Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

Overview Smarter by 1 Degree is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment and Sales Specialist to support student recruitment and enrollment. This fully remote, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and guiding prospective students and families through the decision-making process. You will work with warm inbound leads, conduct outreach and follow-ups, and support enrollments for our accredited bachelor's degree pathways. Responsibilities • Contact and follow up with prospective students via phone, text, and email • Conduct recruitment, discovery, and enrollment calls • Clearly explain programs, pricing, and next steps • Track leads, notes, and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM • Manage multiple leads at different stages of the recruitment process • Meet follow-up and enrollment activity expectations • Collaborate with advisors and internal team members • Represent Smarter by 1 Degree with professionalism and positivity Requirements • Experience in sales, recruitment, enrollment, admissions, or customer service preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Outgoing, confident, organized, and dependable • Comfortable speaking with parents, teens, and adult learners • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • CRM experience preferred, GoHighLevel is a plus • Passion for education and helping others succeed Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
