[Remote] Partner Marketing Lead

They are seeking a Partner Marketing Lead to develop and manage relationships with business partners, creating comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and program architecture, supporting each partnership’s business priorities, with the goal of delivering the best marketing performance for both partner and CBTS/OnX
• Lead the execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Brand, PR, Social, Sales, and more
• Spearhead participation in major partner events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with partner marketing goals
• Define content strategy for partner marketing campaigns
• Work with growth marketing team members to ensure messaging, positioning, and marketing efforts are aligned with partner priorities where relevant
• Track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives to demonstrate marketing impact
• Own and manage budget allocation of Marketing Development Funds related to partner marketing activity
