Brand Strategist (Contract / Project-Based)

Zeri Health | Maternal & Family Wellness Zeri Health is seeking a thoughtful, intuitive, and experienced Brand Strategist to help articulate and refine our brand from the inside out. This role is for someone who understands that branding—especially in maternal care—is not just visual, but emotional, somatic, and deeply relational. We are a boutique wellness practice rooted in pregnancy, birth, postpartum, massage therapy, and integrative family care. Our work bridges evidence-informed practice with nervous-system attunement, luxury, and reverence for lived experience. The Vision We’re looking for a strategist who can translate a nuanced, heart-led vision into a cohesive and elevated brand foundation—one that feels grounded, trustworthy, warm, and quietly powerful. ⸻ Scope of Work You will collaborate closely with the founder to develop and/or refine: • Brand vision statement & mission statement • Core brand pillars & values • Brand story / narrative (founder-led, client-centered) • Brand tone & voice (language guidelines, emotional cadence) • Visual direction support, including: • Color palette refinement • Mood boards & aesthetic alignment • Guidance for logo, typography, and imagery (in collaboration with designers if needed) please be based in Los Angels if you offer photography. • Brand clarity across offerings (massage, birth, postpartum, lactation, education) • High-level messaging that can be carried through website, social media, and client touchpoints ⸻ Who You Are • An experienced brand strategist with a strong portfolio of brand foundations (not just visuals) • Deeply attuned to wellness, maternal health, birth work, somatics, or luxury service brands • Able to hold both strategy and subtlety—you understand nuance, restraint, and emotional intelligence • Skilled at drawing clarity from a founder’s lived experience and translating it into words and visuals • Collaborative, reflective, and comfortable working with intuition and structure • Comfortable leading a brand discovery process and guiding decision-making with confidence ⸻ Bonus (Not Required, but Valued) • Experience working with doulas, massage therapists, midwives, or healthcare-adjacent brands • Understanding of trauma-informed care or nervous system-based work • Sensitivity to inclusive, non-performative maternal messaging • Ability to collaborate with designers, web developers, or content strategists ⸻ Engagement Details • Contract or project-based (with potential for ongoing collaboration) • Remote, with flexibility • Timeline and scope to be determined collaboratively • Compensation commensurate with experience and depth of work ⸻ How to Apply Please submit: • A brief introduction and why this work resonates with you • Examples of brand strategy work (case studies preferred) • Any experience relevant to wellness, maternal care, or service-based brands Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
