You'll be at the forefront of healthcare delivery, providing vital support to patients over the phone. If you are a dedicated RN with a passion for patient advocacy, patient centered care, technology, fast-paced and innovative environments, and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Receive inbound calls, make outbound calls, and complete scheduled RN visits to assist patients with clinical questions or concerns.</li><li>Provide medication administration support, recommendations for managing side effects, and care plan support.</li><li>Conduct outbound calls to communicate patient lab results.</li><li>Engage with patients in a courteous and empathetic manner, demonstrating sensitivity to their healthcare needs and concerns.</li><li>Complete detailed documentation of patient care interactions in the ticketing system and electronic medical record.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinical leaders and other team members to follow up on any issues or discrepancies identified during the patient consult.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated on clinical protocols, healthcare regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Meet productivity targets and quality standards established by the organization.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of team operations and patient experience.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must have Active and Unencumbered 50 state Registered Nursing licensure or ability to obtain. At minimum RN must have an active compact license. Preference for RNs with active licensure in additional (non-compact) states License(s) MUST be reflected on a current CV or provided upon application to be considered.</li><li>Must live in the state in which the Compact was granted to be considered</li><li>Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.</li><li>At least 3+ years of clinical experience in settings such as telemedicine, acute care, or case management.</li><li>Experience with telemedicine, medical weight loss (GLP-1s), TRT/HRT, ED, longevity, and/or functional medicine a strong plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and effectively convey information.</li><li>Above average proficiency in using telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li><li>Excellent skills in troubleshooting technical concerns and guiding others on use of technology.</li><li>Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>1099 contract role, requiring a commitment of 10-20 weekly hours including evenings and/or weekends.</li><li>Timely and professional</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>This is a 1099 contract role.</li></ul><p></p>
