We are looking for female listeners (ages 20-28) across India who are fluent in Hindi and comfortable engaging in conversations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Attend calls on the Lenon app and actively listen to users
2. Provide a friendly, supportive, and engaging conversation space
3. Work from home with flexible night shift availability
4. Get paid per minute of talk time, with monthly payouts
5. Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with users
Requirements:
Female candidates (20-28 years old)
Fluent in Hindi
Good communication and listening skills
Comfortable working night shifts
Good internet connection & a quiet workspace
