[Remote] Supply Chain Manager , Lab Partners & Vendor Management

OpenLoop is a tele-health support solutions company aiming to streamline care delivery for various specialties across the U.S. They are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee lab operational workflows, manage vendor relationships, and optimize processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves ensuring service quality and compliance while driving continuous improvement and supporting new client and vendor integrations. Responsibilities • Own all lab operation vendor processes, best practices and contractual oversight, from end-to-end, including but not limited to process development to execution and performance tracking of all lab vendors • Manage relationships with external lab partners, ensuring service quality, operational alignment, and clinical compliance • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to streamline lab workflows, improve efficiency, and support new initiatives • Drive continuous improvement across lab processes, identifying automation and optimization opportunities • Support new client and vendor integrations, ensuring lab capabilities align with business and clinical needs • Monitor and analyze lab vendor performance metrics, addressing issues proactively and implementing corrective actions • Develop and scale a lab operations team as business needs grow, ensuring consistent quality and delivery standards • Stay current on industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and operational excellence • Other duties as assigned Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field • 5-7 years of experience in a supply chain focused role overseeing a network of lab operations, lab management, and/or diagnostics partners • Proven success owning and managing lab partnerships and vendor contracts and contractual service standards • Strong understanding of clinical protocols, compliance requirements, and lab workflows • Experienced collaborating with product and technical teams to improve processes and integrate lab operations • Exceptional organizational, communication, and partnership management skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving structure • Experience with growing / scaling partnerships, to support growth in our companys' lab operations services • Experience with strategic relationship building, and problem ability to solve problems with a proactive mindset Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts • Flexible PTO • 401(k) + Company Match • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more Company Overview • OpenLoop is the nation’s top white-label digital health infrastructure provider, powering virtual care delivery for healthcare organizations, employers, retailers, and consumer brands.
