As a key contributor, you will analyze procurement data, evaluate vendor performance, and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Procurement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks. Develop actionable insights to improve procurement practices and decision-making processes. • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage supplier performance by assessing quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Contract Negotiation: I lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and service agreements. I also ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards. • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and refine supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize disruptions. Develop strategies to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics. • Market Research: To inform procurement strategies and maintain a competitive edge, as well as stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and industry benchmarks. • Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement budgets. Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service levels. • Data Reporting and Visualization: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate key findings, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and effectively. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement and supply chain activities adhere to applicable regulations and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and logistics, to align procurement and supply chain activities with broader business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is preferred. • Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. • Proficiency in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and supply chain management software. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. • Experience in managing remote collaborations across diverse teams and time zones.
