About the Role
Alina Telehealth, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide remote outpatient telehealth consultations for adult patients across Washington State.
This is a new telehealth role within an established oncology program. The focus is on benign hematology and oncology consults, structured follow-up care, and collaborative management with onsite teams. Interim coverage is needed immediately while credentialing is completed.
Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient telehealth consultations for benign hematology/oncology cases
• Conduct initial visits (40 minutes) and follow-up visits (20 minutes)
• Review laboratory results within a 24-hour turnaround
• Document all encounters in OncoEMR (Flatiron)
• Coordinate with onsite RNs, MAs, case managers, schedulers, and administrative teams
• Escalate complex cases to facility clinical and operations leadership
• Participate in meetings as needed
Schedule
• Part-time role, minimum 16 hours/week guaranteed
• Preferred days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Flexible structure within preferred schedule
• 100% remote; outpatient only
Requirements
• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
• Washington Medical License
• IMLC participation preferred
• Ability to commit to a minimum one-year term
• Strong outpatient benign hem/onc experience
• Must meet standard DEA and background check requirements
• Personal telehealth-capable equipment required (facility does not provide equipment)

• Telehealth Platform: Facility-supported virtual system
• Tech support available
• Structured workflows and escalation processes
• Administrative and clinical support teams (RN, MA, Case Manager, Scheduler)
