Who This Role Is For
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist with hands-on experience in printing and/or promotional products, vendor coordination, and adding products to online stores or brand portals.
This is not a call-center position. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple custom orders while maintaining accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and manage orders for custom print and promotional products
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, proofs, production timelines, and shipping
• Track orders from placement through delivery and resolve issues proactively
• Add, update, and maintain products in online stores/brand portals
• SKUs, pricing, options/variants, descriptions, images
• Review artwork, proofs, quantities, ship-to addresses, and deadlines for accuracy
• Provide professional customer communication via email and phone
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems
• Support internal teams with reorders, revisions, and order status updates
Minimum Requirements
• 2+ years of order entry experience (not call-center only)
• Experience in printing and/or promotional products or a closely related custom-order industry
• Experience adding or maintaining products in online stores, portals, or e-commerce systems
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience with promotional platforms (ASI, SAGE, PP, DistributorCentral)
• Brand store, uniform program, or company swag portal experience
• Familiarity with proofs and print production workflows
Compensation
$20–$24.80 per hour, based on experience
