[Remote] Motion Graphics Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Icon is seeking a Motion Graphics Artist to design and animate compelling visual content across digital platforms. This role focuses on transforming concepts and brand guidelines into high-impact motion graphics that support marketing and brand storytelling initiatives. Responsibilities • Design and animate motion graphics for ads, social media, websites, presentations, and video content • Create kinetic typography, transitions, animated logos, lower thirds, and explainer visuals • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and video teams to translate briefs into motion concepts • Adapt animations for multiple platforms and aspect ratios (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) • Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance insights • Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills • 2+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related field • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color, and composition • Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally • Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high-quality motion graphics under tight timelines and rapid iteration cycles • Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender (3D motion) • Familiarity with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro • Knowledge of social-first and performance-driven creative • Basic sound design or audio syncing experience • Experience working in agency or startup environments Company Overview • Icon (icon.com) is the AI Admaker.
