Virtual Legal Support Assistant – Direct Support
Job Description:
• Process sensitive and confidential case related assignments
• Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists
• Save & Distribute Incoming Mail
• Download and save court ECF filings
• Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software
• Process Expense Reimbursements
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strength in MS Teams preferred
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• iManage, Chrome River and Kofax experience preferred
• Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
