[Remote] In-House Litigation Counsel w/ Labor & Employment Exp. (contract & remote)

They are seeking an In-House Litigation Counsel with experience in labor and employment litigation to assist with employment litigation needs at a technology-based company. Responsibilities • Assist in overseeing strategy and defense of labor & employment litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative forums • Manage outside counsel related to existing litigation • Manage incident tracking and reporting • Advise in-house team on labor & employment litigation matters Skills • At least six years of litigation experience, preferably with both a law firm litigation practice group as well as in-house within a corporate legal department • Experience litigating labor & employment cases • J.D. from accredited, preferably top-tier, law school • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting • Handling labor & employment matters in California is preferred Benefits • Full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week • Qualified 401k plan • Complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D • Professional liability insurance • CLE and Professional Expense stipend Company Overview • Latitude is a legal services company that provides employing, in-house counseling, and law attorneys.
