[Remote] ETL Developer (Pentaho & AWS Glue)

They are seeking a Cloud ETL Developer to convert existing Pentaho ETL jobs to AWS Glue ETL, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions • Work on converting a large number of Pentaho ETL jobs to AWS Glue ETL equivalents • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance Skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field • Must have Pentaho ETL experience and AWS Glue ETL experience • Must have Power BI experience • Solid understanding of AWS cloud database development fundamentals, SQL, GraphQL, API Gateway, RDS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and other AWS services as required • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Basic understanding of programming technologies such as TypeScript and Python • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Benefits • Remote work Company Overview • CapNexus is a U.S. It was founded in 2026, and is headquartered in Middletown, New York, US, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
