We are hiring a DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST to join a high-growth European AI scale-up
We are building an enterprise-grade AI SaaS platform integrating 100+ systems across multiple industries.
According to industry experts, advisors, and early investor feedback, this project has the potential to become a new European unicorn. We are already in active discussions with potential investors, and once funding is secured, scaling will be very fast.
This role is critical to ensuring clarity, compliance, and scalability. Great products fail without great documentation. You prevent that.
This role is for builders, not observers. If you want to help build a potential AI unicorn from the ground up — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Create high-quality R&D and product documentation
• Anticipate product and compliance risks
• Ensure 100% GDPR & compliance
• Document integrations, workflows, and diagrams
• Escalate issues proactively
Requirements
• Strong SaaS Cloud documentation background
• Experience with AI systems and integrations
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and proactive
• End-to-end product mindset
