[Remote] Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Equity Partner

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GOTCHA is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Equity Partner to optimize our internal technology and data infrastructure. This executive will ensure our national, coast-to-coast operations run with maximum efficiency and security, strategically deploying IT systems that support various business functions. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable internal IT strategy that supports GOTCHA's rapid national growth and distributed workforce (both on-site and remote teams). • Oversee all internal IT systems, infrastructure, and support, ensuring the reliability, security, and maximum uptime of core business platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, accounting software). • Establish and enforce robust information security policies and disaster recovery plans to protect corporate data and comply with contractual obligations, especially when dealing with large corporate partners. • Manage and negotiate all IT vendor contracts and procurement processes to ensure arenaflex-effective technology investments. • Own the architecture and governance of all internal business data, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and utility across departments. • Implement and manage BI tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights to executive leadership. This includes measuring the financial and operational success of the Atlanta market penetration and the economic opportunities created for entrepreneurs. • Lead initiatives to automate and integrate core business systems with the client-facing platform (managed by the CTO) to create seamless, efficient workflows and enhance reporting. • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure the internal IT infrastructure efficiently supports the company's aggressive business strategies, including scaling service delivery across the entire U.S. coast-to-coast footprint. • As an Equity Partner, identify and mitigate IT-related operational and security risks that could impact business continuity or company valuation. • Lead and mentor the IT and Data teams, fostering a culture focused on operational efficiency, security, and internal customer service. Skills • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, with at least 3 years as a CIO or VP of IT, ideally within a high-growth B2B service or technology company with a national footprint. • Deep knowledge of modern enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Cloud environments), data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms. • Demonstrated history of leveraging IT to drive measurable business outcomes, improve efficiency, and support multi-geography operations. • Proven ability to manage complex IT projects, control budgets, and effectively communicate technology strategy to non-technical executive stakeholders.
