[Remote] URGENT HIRING | Healthcare Customer Service Advocate - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Imagenet is a leading provider of back-office support technology and tech-enabled outsourced services to healthcare plans nationwide. They are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to support U.S. healthcare members by handling benefits inquiries, eligibility verification, and medical claims processing.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and medical claims
• Explain claims status, denials, EOBs, and coverage limitations to members
• Research and resolve claims-related concerns using internal healthcare systems
• Accurately document interactions and resolutions in CRM tools
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and HIPAA compliance standards
Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare BPO, call center, or healthcare customer service
• Familiarity with Medicare processes and patient care protocols is a plus
• Working healthcare knowledge of benefits, eligibility, and medical claims processing
• Strong English communication, active listening, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Able to perform in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shift, holidays and weekends if required
• Candidate residing in Manila or nearby provinces is preferred
• Can start ASAP
• Experience supporting Medicare members/patients
• Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
