Research-Based Academic Biography Writer Needed
Description:
I am seeking an experienced nonfiction writer and researcher to prepare a short (less than 2k words), neutral, third-person academic biography of a deceased historian.
The project involves:
- Independent research using reliable secondary sources
- Synthesizing scholarly work, career milestones, and contributions into a clear, factual narrative
- Writing in a restrained, objective tone appropriate for reference, institutional, or archival contexts
- Properly attributing all information to sources (footnotes or endnotes preferred)
This is not a memoir, tribute, or promotional piece. I am looking for a fact-driven, well-structured biography suitable for general public reference use.
Scope of Work:
- Evaluate and organize available independent sources
- Draft a 1,200–2,000 word biography
- Provide a separate source list with citations
- Deliver content as a document (Google Docs or Word)
