Territory Executive - Kelowna
Philip Morris International's subsidiary, Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., is transforming its business towards smoke-free products. The Territory Executive will manage product introductions and support within assigned accounts, while building relationships to expand market share and awareness of smoke-free options.
Responsibilities
- Introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory
- Responsible for managing and executing all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities, and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, managing an assigned territory budget with set parameters
- Work on the expansion of RBH Inc.’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision
- Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network, which will result in face-to-face product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smoke-free product
Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in sales
- Previous CPG experience
- Willingness to travel 40%
- Knowledge of office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Dynamic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision
- Highly organized, analytical, and great at building and sustaining relationships
- University degree or a College Diploma in Business or a related field
- A clean driver's abstract is required, as a company vehicle will be provided
- Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset
