ATM Implementation Project Manager, Associate - Hybrid
Capital One is a financial services company that is continuously modernizing its branch hardware fleet. They are seeking an Associate ATM Implementation Project Manager to manage multiple projects and processes, ensuring compliance and driving improvements within the ATM & Cash organization.
Responsibilities
- Elevate project management with delivery and execution by focusing on goals to reduce impacts to the business and customer
- Actively demonstrate a risk-mindset with data quality, well-managed structure, proactively identifying potential issues, and escalating concerns to be audit-ready at all times
- Perform validations to ensure Regulatory compliance and support controls
- Manage and mature simple, repeatable processes that help drive value
- Lead cross-functional hardware and cash related projects, define and manage schedules to ensure successful project delivery that align with business goals
- Understand overarching ATM & Cash operations processes in order to identify gaps and drive improvements to support our well-managed pilar
- Create and update desktop procedures and reporting to reflect accurate project/process information
- Manage and communicate with multiple internal and 3rd party vendors to plan and implement projects i.e., Installers, security, cash, equipment manufacturers
- Bring new ideas to the table and challenge the status quo
- Foster a culture of openness, collaboration and continuous improvement
Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 1 year of ATM experience
- At least 2 years of Project or Process Management Experience
- PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- At least 2 year experience working in Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, or Google Data Studio
