Sales Development Representative
Flashpass is an HR & EdTech company focused on solving AI-induced unemployment in America. The Sales Development Representative will engage with HR leaders to sell AI education and tech courses, building relationships and managing the sales cycle to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with Ohio-based companies eligible for TechCred reimbursement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, training managers, and business owners
- Conduct outreach campaigns via phone, email, and meetings to promote Flashpass’s AI education and tech courses
- Present and explain the value of Flashpass programs, emphasizing ease of implementation and full reimbursement through the TechCred program
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post sale follow up
- Track and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, government workforce grants, and competitive offerings
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission potential
Skills
- Proven track record of success selling to HR
- Relevant experience could include staffing, payroll & benefits, insurance, or HRIS platforms
- Existing connections and experience to close deals and build momentum with HR leaders

- Independent and creative mindset
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B, recruiting, or staffing industries, with exposure to training-related services and experience engaging with HR managers
- Based in Columbus, Ohio with the ability to work in a hybrid office environment and willing to travel to meet clients within the borders of Ohio
