[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Square is a technology company focused on increasing access to the global economy. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying them, and promoting Square's value to prospective sellers, while also managing a pipeline of leads and facilitating merchant onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to marketing and product driven leads
- Qualify leads and set appointments for account executives with merchants
- Learn to sell in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment
- Manage a pipeline of leads successfully by focusing on daily activities and sales tools to effectively convert leads to sales
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Square's ecosystem and keep abreast of upcoming product releases
- Facilitate small business merchant onboarding
- Present a great first impression of Square by giving excellent service, quick and timely follow up to inbound inquiries
