[Remote] Subrogation Research and Creation Specialist

The Research and Creation Team Specialist handles inbound calls, initiates new claim files, and identifies potential subrogation claims, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound ACD call line, providing prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies
- Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
- Regularly access client systems to gather information for inventory creation
- Use multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently
Skills
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
