Project Manager - Graphic Designer

Signarama Springfield is a leading franchise in the signage and graphics industry, seeking a Project Manager / Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing multiple sign projects, creating designs to meet client needs, and ensuring timely communication and organization throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage multiple sign projects and create designs to fit the client's needs
• Balance timelines and meet customer's expectations like a pro
• Communicate effortlessly with clients, team members, and our executive team
• Use your math skills to manage project budgets
• Stay ultra-organized, digitally tracking all client and project info
• Occasionally travel to meet clients or visit project sites
• Keep the energy high in a fun, social work environment (spontaneous karaoke is a thing here!)

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of project management AND graphic design experience, preferably in a construction or design field
• 3D graphic design experience is required
• A confident, energetic multitasker who thrives on teamwork and customer satisfaction
• A quick learner with great time management and communication skills
• Someone who loves organization, both in their inbox and their workday
