[Remote] Provider Support Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NationsBenefits is seeking a Provider Support Specialist to assist members and Vision Care Professionals with their inquiries. The role involves handling a high volume of calls, providing solutions, and educating providers on various processes related to Nations Vision.
Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of calls
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Provide answers to a wide variety of questions proficiently
- Acknowledge concerns and offer resolutions
- Follow through on requests promptly
- Email or fax requested documents
- Respond to inquiries sent via email and MS Teams messaging
- Educate providers on Nations Vision processes such as orders, exchanges/returns, lost/stolen or damaged claims
- Safeguard personal and health information
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in office and/or telephone work in the medical field
- Customer service oriented
- Remains calm under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fast learner
- Problem solving skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to handle upset callers
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
