[Remote] Client Connection Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hembree Bell Law Firm, PLLC is a fast-growing, tech-forward family law firm committed to helping clients through difficult times. They are seeking a Client Connection Coordinator to ensure effective communication with clients and support the intake team in managing leads and client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make sure every caller is connected, helped, or properly placed on hold — no one gets left behind
- Collaborate closely with our intake team and marketing director to keep leads moving forward
- Keep our HubSpot CRM clean and up to date by merging duplicates and maintaining accurate records
- Support the intake team by staying on top of daily call flow and client communications
- Attend biweekly intake team meetings to share insights, review progress, and help improve processes
- Provide a friendly, professional, and reassuring first impression for everyone who reaches out to our firm
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently and stay engaged in a remote setting
- A genuine desire to help people and make their experience smooth and supportive
- Experience in intake, sales, or as a receptionist is preferred
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
