ShiftKey is a platform that allows Certified Medication Technicians to take control of their schedules and work according to their preferences. The role involves providing direct resident care services, including medicine distribution and maintaining individualized care plans for residents.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care services including medicine distribution to residents
  • Follow individualized plan of care for all residents
  • Assist to complete and maintain current individualized care plan for each resident
  • Provide timely interventions to change of condition and share this with care staff and family as instructed

Skills

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid CMT license in the state of Missouri
