Associate Business Services Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Conagra Brands is a company with a rich heritage in food production, seeking an Associate Business Services Analyst to support their Global Business Services organization. The role involves leading Foodservice Deduction Management, collaborating with internal and external partners, and enhancing business processes across Accounts Receivable teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data to solve problems at multiple levels
• Support M&A activities, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for managed services partners
• Identify problems and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions
• Create reporting and provide analysis that drives resolution
• Present findings that enable understanding and informed decision-making
• Improve business processes and address customer requests
• Collaborate across departments and organizational levels
• Document business processes and recommend improvements
• Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to resolve issues
• Thrive in an ambiguous business environment while managing priorities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 1+ years of business-related experience
• Detail-oriented with intellectual curiosity
• Self-starter who works independently under general supervision
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Technical aptitude with Power BI experience
• Experience working in a fun, Agile environment
• Domestic and international travel may be required
