Roaming Teller I - Treasure Valley

Financial Educators Federal Credit Union is dedicated to promoting member financial well-being. The Roaming Teller I engages with members to resolve financial inquiries, process transactions, and educate them on Credit Union products and services while covering for absent tellers at various branches.

Responsibilities

• Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries, performs cash and non-cash transactions and Account Maintenance While Actively Listening To And Inquiring About members needs with the objective of providing the ultimate member experience and value-added solutions
• Resolves member inquires with a focus on our Brand Promise while utilizing and adhering to company policies. Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members. Follows escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team member as needed
• Balances cash, checks and conducts daily transactions with minimal errors
• Maintains knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions
• Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Promotes member financial well-being through engaging members in meaningful conversations to resolve financial inquiries
• Processes transactions, handles cash, provides account maintenance and/or troubleshooting
• Educates members on Credit Union products and services
• Covers for Tellers at other Branches that are absent from work
• Works out of their home branch and travels to other branches as needed
• Furnishes their own transportation to the assigned location
• Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries
• Performs cash and non-cash transactions and Account Maintenance
