[Remote] Field Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wycliffe Bible Translators USA is a faith-based organization dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to the Bible in their own language. As a Field Coordinator, you will develop project plans, build relationships with field partners, and monitor translation projects to ensure their timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans according to our project models and guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with field partners, leaders, stakeholders and others
• Participate in strategic planning discussions with the global partnership team
• Communicate with other departments and share with donors about projects
• Monitor projects and ensure timely completion of reports to move projects toward completion

Skills

• You have one year of experience in administration or project management
• You have one year of cross-cultural work experience
• You enjoy building relationships with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
• You are a detail-oriented team player who is eager to learn new things
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in cross-cultural settings
• You are excited to fully support our vision, mission, values and strategies
• You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
• You are legally authorized to work in the U.S
