**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our program staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
* Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
* Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
* Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
* Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
* Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
* Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
* Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
* Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
* Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
* Perform related work as required.
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
* Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using database systems and cloud-based platforms.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
* Experience working in a non-profit human services agency or a related field.
* Familiarity with energy services programs and the energy assistance industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
* Experience using Monday.com and other cloud-based platforms.
* Certification in data entry or a related field.
