**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Adversarial Abuse/Analytics Lead**

Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and limitless imagination, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. **Key Responsibilities** As the Adversarial Abuse/Analytics Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse team, which focuses on identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting to take over accounts, engage in spam, commit abuse, and more. You'll also lead our Business Analytics team, responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badness, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world. * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting to take over accounts, engage in spam, commit abuse, and more. * Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior. * Develop and implement effective and efficient operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24/7. * Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times to circle back, provide data-driven insights, and execute solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse. * Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Management and Engineering, to develop and implement data-driven solutions to prevent adversarial abuse. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics). * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying data-driven insights. * 2+ years of experience working with design teams that build data infrastructure and ML models. * 2+ years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks as accelerations require. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science). * 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and anomaly detection. * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities. * Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab. * Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners. * Strong business acumen, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business outcomes in a rapidly changing industry. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets. * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive business outcomes. * Experience working with design teams to build data infrastructure and ML models. * Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab. * Experience working with large datasets and anomaly detection. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
