Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and effective support to customers, troubleshooting product or service issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Key Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and adaptable personality traits
- Strong people management skills and the ability to innovate solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer service or technical support
- Experience with chat software and tools
