Independent, female-founded, and proudly one of the UK’s top social agencies, we partner with challenger brands and global names to shape culture online.</p><p>We’re looking for an experienced <b>Client Services Manager</b> to cover maternity leave and help lead the charge across key clients. This is a client-first role with social and creative at its heart: approximately 70% client relationships and 30% team and project leadership. You’ll be the link between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring projects stay smooth, strategic and on point.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Leading client relationships across multiple accounts (from fashion to lifestyle, F&B to luxury).</li> <li>Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Running client calls and writing clear, actionable recaps.</li> <li>Scoping, scheduling and managing budgets and timelines.</li> <li>Guiding the team through feedback loops and delivery.</li> <li>Supporting pitches and proposals, with a sharp eye on growth opportunities.</li> <li>Celebrating wins and flagging issues early to stay one step ahead.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in client services (social-first agency preferred).</li> <li>Natural organiser with exceptional communication skills.</li> <li>Experience building and sustaining client trust and long-term relationships.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure.</li> <li>Ability to motivate and maximize output from creative teams.</li> <li>Fluent with workflow tools like Trello, Asana, Productive, and more.</li> </ul> <h2>Salary and Benefits</h2> <p>Salary: DOE – benchmarked to industry standards</p> <ul> <li>28 days holiday plus a two-week agency-wide switch-off at Christmas/New Year.</li> <li>Dog-friendly office (bring your floof!).</li> <li>Good coffee, snacks and occasional cake overload.</li> <li>Regular team lunches, socials and surprise treats.</li> </ul> <h2>Why OOB?</h2> <p>We’re independent, values-led and here to do great work with good people.
