Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources. Facilitate effective decisions when presented multiple options for how to progress with the project. Manage a medium to large number of dependencies across project tasks.  Responsible for the sequencing and delivery targets defined for the project.</span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><b><u><span>Essential Functions:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><span>Act as liaison between the Business and Sysco Technology. </span></li><li>Own all aspects of projects, to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco.</li><li>Define and lead project scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risk, and budget.</li><li>Partner with all stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed project schedules. Drive and run meetings with key stakeholders.</li><li>Lead and execute approved projects through the lifecycle, including change requests, issue management, risk management, and status reporting.</li><li>Research cost-effective alternatives to enhance cost efficiency while delivering quality results.</li><li>Manages remediation of risks and issues. Evaluates project impact of requests for scope change.</li><li>Develop and deliver presentations.</li><li>Apply proven techniques and methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.</li><li>Drives communications between stakeholders of dependent projects and with Sysco management.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b><span>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></b></u></p><p><b><u><span>Education and / or Experience:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum of 5+ years' sales experience in a business-to-business professional sales environment, and 3 or more years’ with a proven track record of new business development or equivalent experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent educational level</span></p></li><li><p><span>High school diploma or equivalent required</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>4+ years of experience in finance applications supporting general ledger, accounts receivable or accounts payable.</li><li>Subject matter expert in one of four functional areas, production, warehouse, merchandising or finance.</li><li>Experience in structured frameworks, methodologies and operating models in area of expertise. (Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies preferred)</li><li>Experience influencing, presenting to or facilitating group collaboration of all sizes and management levels.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate to various levels of management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Functional level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of project financials and measure of performance.</li><li>Experience presenting to or facilitating group training of all sizes and management levels.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>OVERVIEW:</b></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
