[Remote] Associate, Procurement

The Associate, Procurement will provide help desk services, analyze technical data, and support supply chain logistics while assisting with material research and ordering.

Responsibilities

• Performs help desk services providing 24/7 Telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions
• Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine/formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items
• Receive, track, document, and store parts in all phases of the repair cycle
• Experience or certification as an instructor/trainer
• Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting
• Experience in logistics support, familiarity with logistics practices and processes
• Experience using logistics tools and metrics

Skills

• Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, or related Engineering discipline or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
• Performs help desk services providing 24/7 Telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions
• Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine/formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items
