The Private Wealth Management Partner is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving business development, and achieving sales and practice excellence goals in collaboration with a Senior Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM
• Partnering with Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies
• Achieving sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals in collaboration with Senior Advisor
• Honing technical aspects of a given product specialty area and developing superior client-facing skills

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Up to three years of related experience
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Proven track record of sales support
• Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client facing skills
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
