[Remote] Satisfaction Research Center Associate - Idaho & Utah

As a Satisfaction Research Associate, you will conduct phone surveys to gather feedback from home care recipients and their families to improve care quality and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, family members, and caregivers across the country
- Accurately document responses while actively listening and engaging in conversation
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone on every call
- Follow survey scripts, quality standards, and data accuracy guidelines
- Ensure feedback is properly captured and delivered to home care providers
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable having conversations over the phone for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and time management skills
- Ability to complete and pass required training
- Prior customer service or call center experience
