[Remote] Data Entry Clerk, Admin Resolution and Payment Processing - Remote

They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with payment processing and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Submit request forms for borrowers, including name changes and status updates
- Document account findings and maintain detailed records of account updates
- Verify and validate payment details while monitoring transactions for discrepancies
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
- Assist with the preparation of reports on payment processing activities and perform general office duties
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in general administrative work supporting accounting departments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must maintain excellent customer service standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a healthcare administration or related field
- Familiarity with payment processing systems or financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
