Inside Sales Representative
PROTOCALL COMMUNICATIONS is one of the country's top producing energy companies, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote products or services to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
- Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
Skills
- Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check
