Recruiter
GoodVets is a network of innovative animal hospitals co-owned by local veterinarians. They are seeking a high-energy Recruiter who is skilled in proactive sourcing and building relationships to effectively close top candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own deep, proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, email, text, events)
- Develop deep understanding of competitor landscape and market nuances and leverage knowledge to be agile in sourcing approach
- Execute high-volume cold outreach and cold calling to engage passive candidates
- Partner tightly with a Senior Recruiter to qualify, advance, and support close of candidates throughout the hiring process
- Travel as needed to deliver exceptional, white-glove candidate experiences (site visits, interviews, events)
- Build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and maintain ongoing talent relationships
- Track outreach, pipeline activity, and candidate progress with consistency and discipline
Skills
- Proven experience in hard-to-fill sourcing and recruiting
- Loves creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling and persistent outreach - creative in approach
- Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills
- Willingness to travel to support candidate experience and hiring needs
- Collaborative mindset with comfort working in a paired, team-based recruiting model
- Organized, driven, and results-oriented
- Obsessed with candidate organization, data and tracking
