Responsibilities

• Drive client engagements by problem structuring and defining workflows
• Draw conclusions from complex data sets and generate insights
• Deliver presentations and manage relationships
• Participate in new business development and drive thought leadership
• Collaborate with project teams and academic experts to shape projects
• Use sophisticated data modeling and econometric techniques to develop insights
• Create structure from ambiguity and lead client engagements to successful outcomes

Skills

• Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics or Mathematical Statistics with modules in macro-finance, capital markets, financial modeling, corporate finance, valuations
• Relevant professional or internship experience within investment banking, asset/wealth management, financial consulting or private equity
• Adaptability to ambiguous problems and ability to learn quickly with a passion for excellence
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and develop financial models
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas
• You must have already graduated to be eligible for this role
