Post-Bar Law Clerk/Associate
Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law. They are seeking Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates who will join the firm after sitting for the Bar Exam and receive training and mentorship in preparation for their transition to Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar.
Responsibilities
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
- Participate in initial client consultations
- Work as a part of a team in a respectful and growth-oriented environment
- Learn how to manage your cases from start to finish and represent your clients as the first chair on cases upon licensure
Skills
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school completed by June 2026
- Completion of the State Bar Exam in February 2026 OR July 2026
- Attain a passing score on the MPRE prior to the commencement of the Post-Bar Law Clerkship
- Submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar
- Submission of official transcript, cover letter, and references
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus
- Mock Trial experience is a plus
