Marketing Services Associate

Getinge is a company dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible for more people. The Marketing Services Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely materials for sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Catalog Assembly: Prepare and assemble marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers
• Literature Handling: Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution
• Sample Fulfillment: Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in Salesforce, and provide shipment tracking
• Tradeshow Support: Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows, and other support as requested

Skills

• Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures
• Good telephone technique
• Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including Microsoft Office, excel, word and outlook
• Knowledge of general office equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year office experience
• Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function)
• Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function)
• Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval
• Adopt the 'Beyond Compliance Quality Culture' in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements
• Sitting, Standing, walking up and down stairs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Attention to detail including spelling and punctuation
• Reading and understanding documents
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Knowledge of CRM not required but a plus
