FE Support Expert
Moxie Pest Control is dedicated to improving the quality of life for their customers, team, and community. They are seeking a Field Expert Support Expert who is passionate about customer service and resolving issues efficiently, while being a team player.
Responsibilities
- Must maintain a SMS response rate of 90sec or better
- Remain available for Field Expert calls, emails and other communications
- Assist with inbound general customer inquiries as needed
- Respond to SMS, email and Voicemails from customers
- When applicable participate in cross training within other CC departments
- Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed
- Occasional customer data entry update tasking
- Provide feedback in order to improve processes when prompted
Skills
- Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
- Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
- Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
