Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
Eighty-One Eleven HR Consulting is a dynamic and growing HR firm in the Kansas City metro, providing fractional HR solutions to businesses across diverse industries. The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will process payrolls, maintain compliance, assist with benefits administration, and support HR functions while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payrolls with varying schedules for multiple businesses
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration (health, dental, vision, retirement plans)
- Respond to employee inquiries timely and professionally
- Support onboarding/offboarding and year-end processes
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Microsoft Office proficiency including basic Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is integral
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong reliability and consistency
- Superior time management and multitasking
- Problem-solving and execution strengths
- At least one year of Payroll and/or Administrative professional experience is highly preferred
- Degree in Business, HR, or Accounting a plus
