Associate Attorney
Musick, Peeler & Garrett is seeking a motivated attorney to join their Labor and Employment Department. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth through collaboration and mentorship while assisting with litigation matters and supporting senior attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with litigation matters, such as drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
- Supporting senior attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and client interaction
Skills
- 1 - 3 years of relevant legal experience
- California Bar membership in good standing
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong academic background
- Labor and employment experience
