Digital Content Coordinator
Customer Management Practice is an event and market research firm focused on the customer management sector. The Digital Content Coordinator will contribute to market research, project coordination, and product development for the CCW Digital portal, engaging in content creation and managing executive-level speakers for digital conferences.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling and engaging content that is relevant and trending about customer experience
- Build your network of speakers who contribute to content, media partners and industry experts
- Write industry-specific reports and how-to guides
- Collaborate on social media and marketing strategies with the marketing team
- Build webinar and online event session content
- Moderate and lead webinar and online event sessions
- Attend 2+ events per year
- Present research at conferences
- Capture content and create post-show reports and additional content stemming from the events
- Conduct onsite interviews with attendees
Skills
- 1 to 2 years of corporate experience
- A background in content writing/production
- Experience in project management
- A goal and results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and are a true team-player
- The ability to maintain lasting relationships with your network and thrive in social settings
- A passion for writing, content creation, creative thinking and research
- An ability to innovatively think outside the box and are motivated to try new things
