Analyst, Category & Shopper Insights
Mondelēz International is a leader in the snacking industry, seeking an Analyst for Category & Shopper Insights to support their Walmart team. The role involves analyzing shopper data and trends to identify growth opportunities and providing insights to drive mutual growth between Walmart and Mondelez.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Director of Category, our category & sales teams in snacking categories like cookie, cracker & candy
- Track performance using internal and syndicated reporting
- Maintain store and product attribution
- Build action-oriented insights that identifies opportunities for Walmart & Mondelez to drive mutual growth
- Develop consumer selling stories using Walmart Scintilla, Nielsen & Numerator data
- Assist and participate in buyer meetings, including category reviews
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 1 - 2 years of experience within sales, shopper insights or data analysis – Walmart experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience in using consumer insights, and analytics with retailer data, panel/POS syndicated data (Nielsen, Numerator, Walmart Scintilla etc.)
- Expertise in Walmart Scintilla Shopper Behavior a plus
